Terms of Service — WashedCleanCans

By signing up for WashedCleanCans you agree to these terms.
Service
We provide recurring trash can cleaning at the address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring your cans are accessible at the curb on your scheduled service date.
Subscription and billing
Your subscription renews automatically on your chosen schedule (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly). You will be charged the amount shown at signup. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your service will continue through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Skipping and rescheduling
You may skip or reschedule a service up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. Changes within 48 hours are not guaranteed.
Failed payments
If your payment fails, we will retry for 7 days. If payment is not received, your subscription will be paused. You can resume service by updating your payment method.
Eco plan water hookup
By selecting the Eco plan, you grant WashedCleanCans permission to connect to your outdoor water spigot during each scheduled visit. You confirm you have the right to grant this access. WashedCleanCans is not responsible for pre-existing plumbing issues. Water usage is minimal (approximately 5–10 gallons per visit).
Liability
WashedCleanCans is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions at your property. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of one month of your subscription.
