We are WashedCleanCans, a trash can cleaning service based in Lake St. Louis, MO ("we", "us", "our").
Information we collect
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and service address. We use Stripe to process payments — we do not store your credit card information. We collect photos of your trash cans before and after each cleaning for quality assurance.
How we use your information
To schedule and perform your cleaning service, to send you service reminders and completion notifications, to process your subscription payments, and to contact you about your account.
Water hookup consent
If you sign up for the Eco plan, you have explicitly consented to allow WashedCleanCans to connect to your outdoor water spigot for approximately 10–15 minutes per visit. This consent is stored with your account and can be withdrawn by switching to the Standard plan at any time.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with our service providers (Stripe for payments, Resend for email) who are contractually required to protect it.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your account and data by emailing hello@washedcleancans.com.
